The Manifesto

English is for humans. Polish is for systems.

The debt.

English is lossy. It was built for humans talking to humans. It relies on context, tone, shared history. It tolerates ambiguity. It prioritizes ease over structure.

For centuries, this flexibility served us. In the age of AI, it is technical debt.

To get precision from a machine using English, you must pile on words. Context. Adjectives. Guardrails. Clarifications. Every extra word is a tax. It burns tokens. It fills context windows. It increases the surface area for hallucination.

You are paying a high price for a language with no built-in constraints.

The alternative.

Polish does not tolerate ambiguity. It forces you to declare your variables. Define your relationships. Validate your state. Before you finish the sentence.

Every noun announces its role through its ending. Every adjective agrees with what it describes. Every verb conjugates to match its subject. Nothing is implied. Everything is marked.

In 2025, the ONERULER benchmark tested AI across 26 languages. Tasks requiring precision and long-context retrieval. English came sixth. Polish came first.

What English leaves implicit, Polish makes explicit. The machines do not guess at Polish. They parse it.

The method.

Valid Polish is not a language course. It doesn’t teach you to order beer in Kraków.

It teaches Polish grammar alongside JSON Schema. The same patterns. The same discipline. Polish cases map to validation rules. Polish agreement maps to schema constraints. Polish negation maps to conditional logic.

By the time you finish, you think in structure. You see constraints before you write code. You speak a language machines prefer.

This practice of using Polish structure to enforce machine precision is what we call Polegramming.

The claim.

Polish is the language of the Digerati.

Not because of heritage. Because of advantage. The developers, prompt engineers, and systems architects who learn Polish will operate at a level others cannot reach.

English will remain the language of human connection. Polish will become the language of human-machine precision.

You don’t have to believe this. You only have to test it.
